  The shipping had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning and the seller worked hard to solve the issue had it resent in 48hrs the Quality is amazing the condition of the product was brand new there is good value and the packaging and appearance are stellar I would definitely recommend this seller and I already have stuff in the cart for next time

  Arrived in a busted up condition, customs opened the package probably to check. (live in the US). but still Item is in good condition, smells good and feels authentic. The bottle looks very luxurious and it is really worth the price for something that is not sold here in the US. It took the seller to ship about one day, so i was surprised, i ordered about Saturday, arrived at Wednesday in florida. the seller is responding reasonably quick, im talking about within a day.

  This Oud came in exactly as described as original / unopened/ brand new and in a special ‘Arabian Oud’ store pretty nobility green bag. Shipping was prompt/ followed through until delivery.
