He even refunded me for overpaid shipping right away. Super honest and helpful—he advised against a more expensive printer that might not work with my machine.   part came as planned, only problem was USPS kept passing by our business and marking the shipment as undeliverable. After a couple of days of this, I kept an eye out for the mail truck and had to chase him down to get the package. Not sure what's up with USPS.
