  Shipping was very fast and the item was well packaged with lots of bubble wrap. I must say I was disappointed that the base has a big chip in it that wasn't disclosed in the listing or photos. I would not have purchased if I had known, but I'll gladly keep it, since it's still very functional and the chip is hard to see. I don't think the seller did it purposely, it's just hard to see without a careful check of the item.
