  The plates arrive well packaged; shipping took less time than 10 days and the were just as described, the pictures made it easier to identify my pattern. I have to say the price was great. I just needed one but ended up with the 3 described. now have a full set again (plus a couple spare). Thank you Purple door store! I highly recommend the site for any replacements.

  Items arrived fast and on time. I noticed a cassette was missing and another was snapped. I immediately contacted the seller whom apologized for the oversight. Seller offered to send me two other Cassette's to make up for the issue. I accepted and the seller will send it out free of charge. This is good customer service! Highly recommend this seller! A+
