  I have to commend this seller, I ordered from them and they felt the item was defective so couldn’t,wouldn’t send it, they contacted me within 24hrs and gave me options. Refunded my purchase and a coupon How great is that!

  Seller shipped a collectable item, which comes in a delicate cardboard box, using a soft plastic envelope. It may once have been "new", but by the time it arrived the box was ruined. When contacted, seller chose to go the "we're not responsible for what happens in transport route." Sure... but when you send delicate stuff wrapped in flimsy plastic, one can't expect any different. You COULD however, pack things correctly so they are at least likely to survive transport.
