  Item was exactly as described, priced reasonably & shipped out right away...actually arrived 3 days earlier than expected! The glass oven door was packed with extra care to protect it during shipment & labeled with multiple stickers indicating that it was fragile/glass. I appreciate this because it ensures that the delivery guy knows to handle with care giving it the best chance the shipment will arrive in good condition. I would absolutely purchase from Pulse Appliance again. A+++++ seller

  Item was in great condition. Wrapped in plastic wrap to keep everything in place. Well packed with packing peanut type material. Box was properly sized for the item. All the parts indicated were present. It was used but I could barely tell. Price was reasonable for an item that's just not really available anywhere else and sure beat buying a new washing machine. Absolutely appeared to be an original OEM part and not something aftermarket. Would definitely trust seller in the future!
