  Item never received, it's scam. Seller used trick, shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, least expensive option, but placed item in a Priority Mail Box. He/She knew that USPS would return item to seller. I asked for refund, seller refused, eBay was very fast to say, in a rude and suspicious way, that refund was not applicable, but never explained why it wasn't applicable. eBay didn't investigate, permited this scam. See USPS investigation photos attached as proof. I lost about $100.
