    Excellent quality armrest arrived just as described in perfect condition other than the lock. Great value on a hard to source item. Arrived wrapped in a gauntlet of packing material that would require the jaws of life to tear open. Super fast shipping. Item shipped same day that I purchased Appearance was perfect..     Ordered glass for a 40 year old bmw. Glass was almost perfect. Say 4.9 out of 5. Insane for glass of that age. Packing was excellent!!! Bar none. Shipping price was excellent considering its glass!!. I emailed them and got a prompt response less than a day. Keep up the excellent work Prussian.

    Thank you for selling items that are hard to get at a very reasonable price. quick response to other questions. No real complaints.. packaging was pretty legit not bullet proof but def not horrible. item arrived as described. Would buy from store again. TY

    The item is the correct piece, which is great. The condition of the leather and the emblem isn't quite as nice as the picture indicated it would be, but it's not terrible either. Given the price, I'd say I received what I paid for. The packaging was excellent. Really wish more people would take the time that this vendor did. Will for sure do business with again, should the need arise.
