  Battery did not arrive by 1st class untracked! Seller told me to wait a few days more (10 days in total), and then said if it didn’t arrive he would send me another next day delivery as I needed it urgently. It hasn’t arrived, so he just gave me a refund and said nothing when I contacted them. Totally untrustworthy seller who should be thrown off of EBay. You have been warned, avoid like the plague.

  Item arrived and was damaged, also the battery was to big and a tight squeeze inside the controller, but in hindsight I cannot fault the seller. When I bought this to their attention it was returned and refunded promptly. So I would rate the seller 10/10 for refunding and helping return the item.
