  I placed this order then quickly realised I have already received the same Theia Green from another seller a few days earlier and they were in my tank. I requested a cancellation and the seller swiftly accepted that cancellation. So placing this order was entirely my error! Although I did not receive any plants, to me an extremely important factor in the seller/buyer transaction is in how the seller handles matters, in other words 1st class customer service. I am happy to give a POSITIVE.

  I didn't receive this item as it was part of a larger order that i cancelled as i needed to make changes to it. ebay still wants feedback even though i cancelled. Seller was very quick to accept the cancel request and issue a refund. So it was still a very positive experiance with the seller, thank you.
