  This seller completely misrepresented what they were selling. They hid the damage in the photos, shipped a broken item, and then had the nerve to blame me when I reached out. It’s clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Super shady behavior, zero accountability, and a total waste of money. Avoid at all costs — they’ll say anything to dodge responsibility.

  Shipping was somewhat slow, however don’t think it’s the sellers fault. Packing was a little light not pack really well has a small chip on the light, but the item is nice. However, the seller did wrapped the price a little bit.

  Prior to buying from the seller proshopmotors I had to return two Apple MacBooks because they didn’t work. Both of those MacBooks were securely wrapped in layers of bubble wrap inside a box to prevent damage. The seller proshopmotors wrapped the MacBook in two layers of bubble wrap only, no box. I freaked when I receive it, by some miracle their MacBook worked. Proshopmotor was quick to respond to my questions with honesty, and the shipping was fast. Aside from the packing, it’s all good!
