  Ordered in the UK on Sunday, dispatched by Proses on Monday via UPS. Transported by air freight via Cologne to East Midlands UK. Delivered on Wednesday - less than 3 full days after order. Well packaged - the odd bruise of the outer wrap but that is to be expected. Unpacked and found to be PERFECT! The company's communication was superb. They are a credit to the model industry, Turkey and eBay. WELL DONE GUYS - it's a shame this can't be said for some suppliers. I'll be back again.

  The service was impeccabel. The shipper kept me informed at every step of the shipping progress right up until the item was delivered. It was carefully wrapped as well.   Item arrived on time but was assembled backwards so the slanted part was blocking the opens and got damaged in shipping. I contacted the vender with a picture showing the backwards assembly and they corrected the mistake by quickly shipping another ballast spreader that was assembled correctly. The 2nd one arrive VERY fast and I have used it to lay Ballast on the model train tracks already it works great. This is one of the few companies that has great support service.
