Great delivery time and packaging, good communication. however, the listing said "actual images" and they, in fact, were not. there was a crack on the front of the case with no pieces in the box meaning it didn't happen in shipping.

There was a delay in delivery by Royal Mail and the seller did what they could to resolve this. Unfortunately, RM do 'play fast and loose' with deliveries and this time they claimed to have attempted delivery when this was clearly not true. This type of ploy is beyond the control of the seller but eBay should encourage RM to provide actual proof that delivery was attempted rather than simply accepting RM's scan of a delivery label as proof of anything other than what it is - a 'scanned' label.

This pc came clean like never used before. It got delivered exactly as stated with every feature much better than seen on Ebay. Though, I reluctantly returned the PC just as result of my not paying attention to the Operating system, Chrome OS as again windows that I wanted. So, I take the blame! However, being a kind and rational seller. I got refunded few days after. High quality, Excellent performance, clean appearance and highly valued that I thought of keeping back if I had enough money.
