Great to work with and kept in good communication when the arrival of the package was seriously delayed due to several mis-ship errors at more than one of the postal distribution centers thru no fault of the seller.   This was great. I was so happy to find a Thermaphore with the original control. The seller answered my questions promptly. The heating pad arrived on time, packed very carefully. It looked just like the photo. I plugged it in & it works. It cost about 50% less than the manufacturer's sale price. My parents had theirs for 30 yrs & it still works! Recent reviews on Thermaphore's website say newer models don't even last half as long. I'm so happy I found a pristine, well- priced older model!

  Seller was prompt and professional in every way. Item was securely packaged and mailer promptly. In spite of the great packaging job and the “handle with care” sticker, the USPS managed to mangle the thing enough to cause minor (repairable) damage to the frame. This DOES NOT reflect on the seller in any way. This is a stunningly understated and gorgeous piece of art I’ve long wanted to own. I’d gladly do business with this seller again.

  Looks great on your wall, glad you managed it to work, it's impressive what some packages go through at times. USPS is about 98% on without damaged items, I do find UPS is by far the worst on heavy items. Thank you for your kind words, have a blessed day!

  Have used this item before, and works great. Wasn't sure if this item was in a canister from description and photo. It came new unopened. Just received, we'll packaged, and was in the canister, for future reference. Thank you
