  The radio was shipped quickly and was in good condition upon arrival. Despite some hiccups with the unit operating properly the seller went above and beyond to solve and address problems with the purchase. The problems with the radio are insignificant and were easily solved through great communication with the seller. I can't say that the seller would do this for everyone, but I was refunded a portion of purchase price as part of the resolution. A+ service. I would buy from this again.

  Item was misrepresented. It was alcantra and not OEM black leather. I did receive a friendly call and rec'd both visors instead of the one I ordered as a gesture of good faith. I rec'd a refund. The only issue I have is that the package was returned because of wrong postage. I rec'd a regular ground and it was shipped to me via priority mail.

  If I could give these people 10 stars I would! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Minutes after replacing my order I was contacted for more information to make absolutely sure that the radio I was ordering would fit my SUV. And it did!
