  Excellent and trustworthy seller. I ordered replacement piano keys, and two of them were incorrect. The seller told me to keep the wrong ones and quickly sent the correct ones at no extra cost. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommended!

  Great quality and quick delivery. The seller, Rob, was very helpful and reassuring when I phoned with queries re compatibility of the key and fitting it to my 20 year old Yamaha PF-500 piano. Especially the advice that even though I could see no physical damage to the original key, it was very likely that the new key would fix the problem, ie a sticky key with a sluggish return ... which it did! Yamaha support too, who told me where to get a Service Manual, showing how to replace the key.
