  Perfect cables! Seller proactively reached out to me when I placed the order to let me know of the lead time for the cables to be made and shipped, which I appreciated. Unfortunately they shipped a week later than estimated with no advance notice that there might be an additional delay, only letting me know after I messaged for info regarding the status that they’d ship the next day, but delivery time once they finally shipped was quick. Overall I’m happy with the quality and value!

  Ordered on Feb 7th. Paid and still haven’t received the interface and my cancellation was denied. Was told I would get a refund but now no one is saying anything and I haven’t seen the refund or the interface I bought on Feb 7th.
