  I've purchased from this seller a few times, and while previous experiences were mostly fine, this last transaction was very disappointing. We ordered three items but only received two—neither of which were correct. I contacted the seller and returned the incorrect items, for which we were refunded. However, we are still waiting on a refund for the third item, which never arrived. It's now been over a month, and we are still owed £69.99.

  Untrustworthy lying seller. Won an item, I received the wrong item, a genuine mistake (alledgedly) I sent back the item with the seller assurance he would re-post the item so I could buy it at the price I won it. Never happened, communication was slow, excuses were made for weeks, until I was ghosted.
