  I bought an expensive refurbished photo scanner from the seller. It arrived in a timely manner, was securely packed and worked perfectly. I had one issue, which the the seller was quick to respond to and resolved. I'm happy with this purchase and recommend these sellers.

  Item was wrapped protectively in the shipping box. When I took it out, its appearance was fine. Except the package box looked like it might have been opened before. Not sure if it is new or a used condition. I have never used one of these before. Hope it goes well and provides the quality value that I am anticipating.
