  My initial order of this watch band was flawed as I received a product that was not 'exactly' as the photo displayed on ebay. Contacted seller, explained incorrect product received. Seller was quick to acknowledge mistake, started refund process and corrected for new order. Second product received was exactly as picture on ebay. Actually, watch band received is much nicer looking than the picture on ebay. Thanks to the seller for being responsive and correcting the mistake.

  I could not be happier with this transaction. This seller is a great communicator and answered each email question that I had. Exactly as described in terms of new and with tags! I may have misread the description originally and was expecting the case to be 32mm. This one is quite larger, but a beauty to behold!! Thank you so much for the top-notch customer service!!
