I've tried to contact the seller but they are sparse at best. The tool box arrived damaged, bent and not even able to put the wheels on it. Even the top box was damaged even though it was packed inside the bottom chest. They offered a partial refund and that's the last I've heard from them. Very frustrating. Very disappointing.
