No packaging inside box(as shown in pics) did not even tape the dvd case so that it would not come apart in shipping. Clearly neglectful. Asked to get half money back and was refused and was told to go through guide line of ebay. I felt we could have settled this between buyer and seller (like men) I would have. He would not have it. Buyer threatened negative feedback if I did not refund through PayPal. Multiple solutions were offered to buyer.
