  They tried asking me through messages to pay them for shipping after I've already paid what they were asking for.

  We are sorry for the misunderstanding. The shipping cost was much higher than expected, and we tried to reach an agreement with the buyer before processing the order. When no agreement was possible, we issued a full refund immediately. We never intended to cause inconvenience, and we always strive to provide honest and fair service to our buyers.

  I was a little skepticsl as this is cheapest listing I have found new from a user with little recent feedback but this turned out to be a very enjoyable purchase Shipping was a minor setback. Seller was fast to ship and package was quick to arrive Seller even included reciept of package being shipped. Product arrived quickly and upon arrival it was exactly as the description listed, brand new and unopened, the box was still sealed. Overall jt was all packaged really well. Wonderul experience.

  Seller informed me that the item was not available 2 days after it was ordered. He offered a $25 mouse to replace a $50 mouse. After I declined, the seller did not cancel the order or refund my money. When I later submitted a cancellation request the seller refused. I had to wait and open an item not received case with eBay to finally get my refund.

  I never responded. Two days later I responded to the buyer the morning after receiving the notice of sale that I did not have it and that I would refund his money or offer him another mouse since the one requested was not available. I was kind, I always responded. I have the entire conversation as proof. I am not to blame for the delays and errors in eBay's return even though it offered the return when processing it. Ask first before saying the things you say in the end your money was returned.
