  The seller shipped quickly, packaging was good. Good value. The item had a blemish not noticed in pictures and the seller was unaware. Seller was very responsive to messages and offered to make it right either by refund or discount. Would highly recommend this seller!

  Item was new in package and matches the oil-rubbed bronze fixtures in my kitchen. It’s a little dull/matte compared to a true oil-rubbed bronze, but it’s so hard to find this color in an under-mount and one-handed paper towel holder so it wasn’t a deal breaker. Seller answered my question about its color quickly. It was shipped wrapped in some bubble wrap, but the box arrived somewhat squished. Not a big deal, at least the item itself was protected and not dinged. Thank you! Good price as well.

  Unfortunately the item was damaged during shipping. I reached out and uploaded some pics. Seller was quick to reply and immediately issued a satisfactory response. Although I’m disappointed that it was damaged, it was exactly as described.

  I opened up my package and I had 2 little eyes staring up at me... it was kinda creepy and funny at the same time.....Exactly as described...In great condition.....well packaged and fast shipping......will come back...Great to purchase from!
