  Free postage and great value item. Had a problem with the packaging being damaged in transit on this item resulting in some of the contents being damaged. Seller was very fair on being informed of this and promptly offered a discount off the purchase price which I was happy with. All together a good transaction with the undamaged items being as described. Would recommend this seller and would be happy to buy from again.

  The item was perfect, exactly as described, and price was good too. There was a problem with delivery, down to the courier, not the seller, but communication was excellent and they did all the chasing, all I had to do was wait. Highly recommended seller, did everything they could to make the transaction as easy as possible.

  Just as described and very easy to put together. A little disappointing that the parcel was sent untracked but still arrived within a few days and was packaged very securely. Overall very happy with the unit and very good value for money

  Delighted with product and service. Prompt delivery: ordered on a Sun evening, received Tue lunchtime. Very well packaged. Mower was just as described, and in excellent condition. The only thing missing was an assembly manual - but we worked it out ourselves in the end! Price was very good, about 40% less than buying new. And no extra postage charge! Tried the mower out a few days ago. So far so good... Its lightweight, with a good size grassbox. Did a lovely job on my unruly lawn! Thank you :-)

  delivery was exceptional, packaging was huge and filled my recycling bin, description of condition was very accurate but the literature reproduced in the advert did not refer to the product and included features not present in it and was misleading. postage seemed a bit steep. overall an ok deal.
