  Unfortunately the item arrived dirty but I still had a good experience as the seller was quick to reply and helped me out with an agreed refund straight away. I am very happy with seller. They probably did not notice the fault as it had the tags which made it look new for sure, definitely did not seem to be on purpose at all so I would definitely buy again. Arrived quickly and packaged well as expected. Great seller, thank you 😄

  The plates arrived smashed, so only 3 of 6 were usable. They arrived in a large box but they were not wrapped individually. I contacted the seller and agreed to accept a partial refund, but when it arrived, it was insufficient. The plates were as described and they would have been good value for money.

  The seller was good, and provided a swift response regarding the defective DVD that arrived, and a refund followed. He also informed me eBay has deducted an amount from the refund, but as it appears to be without good cause, I'm going to ask eBay to explain themselves and provided me with a valid reason for doing so.
