    This store has given me one of the best shopping experiences I've had on Ebay. The package arrived early and was exactly as advertised a bran new unused HTC HD2. A 14 year old "new" phone. There was one small issue the battery was dead, sitting for so long and unused it wasn't taking a charge. I contacted the store and they immediately acted sending me an email to say that there would be one in the post free of charge. Have to give PRESTIGE-LDN-SERVICES 10 out of 10.

    It arrived a bit late. It was sent second class - had a Royal Mail number but was not actually a tracking number. eBay indicated it was tracked but Royal Mail gave this message "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item". I couldn't work out what was going on. Rather confusing ! Not the fault of the seller.
