I, along with 95% of sellers, overcharge shipping on auctions to minimize risk on selling a 9 card lot for only $0.99. 18 days is definitely unreasonable and the only thing I can control is shipping out asap. You won the auction Friday night, I mailed out Saturday morning, and it made it to Milwaukee distribution center that night, Sat Jan 4th. Then it took 13 days to arrive in KC on the 17th. USPS was still swamped from holiday stuff.
