    The customer service from this seller was excellent. From purchase to delivery, everything went smoothly and the communication was very helpful. The turntable was just as described and is just what I wanted and great value. It was delivered very quickly and via DPD. The packaging ensured safe transit. It’s now set up and playing my records, sounding lovely. I would recommend this seller to other buyers. Well done.

    I was sent an item that didn't fully match the description. As soon as I reported this to the seller, they contacted me immediately and offered me multiple resolutions. Despite the error, I'd be happy to shop with them again based on their customer service.

    I noticed that it had been 3 days and the courier still hadn’t received my order. I messaged the seller and they said they didn’t have the iem I ordered in stock. They called me and offered me alternate solutions including waiting for new stock, offering me a discount on another iem, ect. I asked for a full refund and they processed it immediately. I wish they had contacted me as soon as I placed the order regarding the situation. Despite this I had a good experience with their service overall.
