      Seller told me the product was damaged so they did not ship. They had around 20 available when I purchased. That evening the listing disappeared. The next day they list 16 available at $150 more than what I paid. Obviously they made a pricing mistake and did not want to honor the purchase. I wasn't going to play the I wait game, and then eventually they say they can't get it. So I got a refund. I do not like dishonest sellers.

      Premium Shocks have been great. I really appreciate their response to my questions and their prompt shipping. I was concerned when only one of the two boxes that contained my parts arrived but they reassured me that the other was on its way via EBay Global Shipping (to Canada) and even gave me all the tracking numbers. This cleared up my concerns & confusion better than ebay themself did. Anyway as they suggested the other parts arrived a few days later. Thanks!

      I ordered a new water pump for a 1998 bmw 318ti. The listing said it would fit. It did not fit.They sent me a open box rebuilt one with a sticker on it that said tested. It was supposed to be sent Fed-ex and instead USPS. It was not sent from item location and the return went to another. I received a refund but got stuck for the return shipping as the listing page blocked the return by their policy that I had ordered the wrong part when in fact they sent the wrong one.
