  The filters were new in the box with shrink wrap. The seller checked the box before shipping it, notified me that there were only two filters, and discounted the price by a third, so I'm happy with that.

  Had a slight problem with the packaging, no fault of the seller. The seller went above and beyond anything I expected to correct the problem. Definitely recommend this seller. Very fast response to my email and I am completely satisfied in how they handled everything. If it was possible to award 10 stars, I would definitely give them 10 based completely on customer service.

  This is a top notch seller. The item I received wasn't working correctly. Happy Avocado Store didn't hesitate to ship me a replacement no questions asked. They even threw in an extra pen. I highly recommend doing business with this great seller 🙂

  Truly disheartening. Advertised as “new,” the item was used, dented, and taped—embarrassing to discover in client's home. Seller acknowledged fault after delays but handled the issue dismissively. Issued a refund and told us “Please dispose of the item or keep it. It is not worth shipping back, we already paid to ship it to you.” Their disregard for accountability and our reputation was disappointing. While refunded, the experience damaged trust and left us scrambling to fix their error.
