  Item was great, good condition and good value, but seller’s communication was very poor. Messages on 12th & 13th were ignored to this day, and when I raised a ‘did not arrive’ case on the 24th, I didn’t hear back until the 27th. Dispatch was delayed until the 19th even though the listing said delivery was around the 18th. I had to buy the item as it was a gift for a birthday, however it did not arrive in time so that was disappointing too.

  Seller responded to both questions from the buyer, I pride myself on communication as an eBay top rated seller of over 20 years. The ebay estimated delivery date shown to the buyer was between the 18th and 22nd August. Once the item was posted with Royal Mail I personally had no control over when it would arrive - oddly enough.
