  Worst experience on this app. The seller was completely unprofessional. I tried to cancel this order just one hour after placing it because the description was unclear but they refuse. It's been 11 days and there's still no tracking number. I requested a refund but the seller said they dropped it off at USPS but that is a lie, there is not tracking number at all and nothing shows up in the system. Completely dishonest and unacceptable.

  Item was listed as “seller refurbished” which is blatantly untrue. The item arrived in terrible condition, with dirt all throughout the case and band, an extremely scratched crystal and a damaged band. The original photos cleverly hid these details due to the low quality and there was no mention of any of this in the description. On top of that, the seller does not accept returns. Buyer beware - based on other feedback, this is normal practice for this seller.
