  Arrived in a thin poly bag, thankfully unharmed, as many poly bags arrive ripped and torn. Ask seller to package securely, but obviously the seller didn't bother. Luckily, the shirt looks great and wasn't damaged. Leaving positive feedback only due to the shirt being undamaged and in good condition. Customer service clearly lacking.

  The item arrived promptly and it was well packaged. It was as described but was sadly too small for me. Too bad, as it's a beautiful pair of wool pants at a good price. I was fortunate that this seller provides stellar customer service as the EBAY servers were down when I was trying to print the return label, and the seller graciously gave me more time to complete my return.
