  Item arrived a few days late but this wonderful seller kept me updated with brilliant communication. Package arrived in the condition as in the photo but, due to exceptional packaging by the seller, the contents was intact. Lovely item, as described and worth the wait.   The package was delivered opened and empty. The seller was excellent and sent me a replacement. Made a complaint to courier company who said they would investigate and get back to me. They haven't.

  Received perfectly packed, really quickly. Seller did advise there was a delay in shipping but kept me posted the whole time. Despite that the product arrived sooner then anticipated and the seller kept me in the loop the whole process! Outstanding communication!
