The seller responded to all my questions and kept me updated throughout the ordering process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality pram for a good price. I haven’t tried it outdoors yet but looks sturdy and looks like it can handle variety of terrains including off road/forest paths. There are plenty of accessories included!

The buyer’s photo exaggerated the damage, making it appear larger. We offered a £20 partial refund (11% of the bed’s value, damages 1%) and informed that is too late for an exchange before Christmas, but the buyer declined and insisted on a replacement, which was unfortunately also damaged by DPD.

Shipping and taxes to EU - Slovenia were higher than the value of the axle pack but it was still worth it, considering I needed to get the pram fixed asap.
