  Parts were as advertised but seller was above average! The package was ripped open during USPS handling and the contents were lost. An empty package was delivered to me. Seller was very responsive and more than fair, shipping me new parts by airmail. Will definitely use this seller again!

  Returned item due to part number being wrong. I enjoy doing business with PSN. They are really helpful, ship your items fast, package your parts well, and are quick at answering questions and returns. They've got pretty good prices on most parts. If it weren't for PSN I would've had to buy brand new parts costing me thousands. I've purchased a a bunch from them and do not have a single querry. All in all, if you're worried about purchasing purchasing from PSN, don't be.

  Frame arrived on its own which was kinda weird since everything I order through these guys is well packaged. Besides that the frame arrived exactly as the pictures. One of my favorite sellers by far. They always ship quickly, resolve issues immediately with a call and answer any questions you may have. I work on many people's ATVs and side by sides, so I always check to see if PSN has the parts I need first. Really really recommend buying from them.

  Purchased motor and made sure to ask if there was anything I needed to do for them before they would start rebuild. Promptly messaged back that they needed nothing and would let me know as soon as it shipped. Shipped in the time frame they specified and came very well packaged. Had an issue and contacted them, received a phone call and rep talked to me for quite a while to diagnose issue. In the end they were fair, reasonable, and customer service was top notch. Would do business w/ again.

  Item was a perfect fit as described . Used item in working condition as the seller stated. The seller was very responsive to my questions and fast 2 day shipping. Item received 3 days earlier than anticipated which allowed me to repair the atv sooner than expected. Excellent seller and highly recommend.

  I missed identifying the item that I needed from the picture posted on this site. I sent an email to the seller asking if he had the one I needed and on turn sent me a return shipping label along with the proper P/N of the item I was searching for. No hassles no questions. I only wish that I could have done business with this seller but in the future I will look to his site for other parts needing replacement.
