I have bought batteries from them before and they have been very responsive with clear answers to all of my questions. There customer service is in the Hong Kong time zone. So plan your reply expectations accordingly. But you won’t be disappointed. My early morning(west coast USA) questions have been answered almost immediately. I got a 48V set for a golf cart and I just bought two 12Vs for my RV. I will definitely use them again.
