  Arrived quickly and well packaged. I then realised that I had ordered 2 pairs of shock absorbers instead of 1 pair. Offered them for sale to members of my local Scooter Club. No one wanted them so I e mailed powerparts. Jo emailed me to confirm that I could return the product. Great service much appreciated..

  Item arrived quickly and well packaged, Item was as described and of excellent quality and perfectly matched original items, a great value replacement for the original. Although the connections are different to OEM so need slight alteration this was explained in the product description. Would definitely buy from this seller again
