  Item is as described. Shipping was very slow so if you need something quickly, as I did, talk to them first. 12 days from Pennsylvania to North Carolina?!? Great price though, cheapest on EBay. They did communicate well and offer my money back once I got the part. I will keep it as a spare. Thank you

  At no fault of the seller, the item arrived without it in the box. The USPS had a sigh on the envelope that it was opened somehow and nothing was in it. After I contacted Seller they immediately refunded my money! So I will in the future order anything I need for my chain saw from them. Without question they took care of the problem and that carries a lot of trust with me.

  Let me start by saying this in 16 years is the first negative review I have ever left. I even contacted the seller before leaving this in the hopes they would make this right. However, in their pictures and clearly state OEM. And clearly have a picture of an OEM after paying over $40 and waiting almost 2 weeks. I received this Amazon China $14 special POS so not only is this company lying, but they are selling cheap parts at a high price posed as a real thing dont buy from here and shame on them
