  They are poor quality, far too small they must be for small children. I emailed them, they said send them back, complete waste of money!! I had thrown the packaging and couldnt be bothered, just put them in the bin!!

  Some of the items arrived on time & the sellers communication re postage was good but only half of the order was sent out. I contacted the seller about the shortfall. Initially they didn't understand I'd ordered 2x12 hooks in packaging but only received 2x6 hooks. The packaging of one looked as if it had been opened. Once the seller understood they offered to send out the rest of the order but I'd had to get the shortfall from somewhere else. I requested a refund which they did quickly
