  Item arrived much sooner than expected and was in perfect condition, it was exactly as shown and described in the initial listing - a great price too. I messaged the seller before it came as I couldn't see date it would be posted, even though it wasn't late at all, I just wanted to check and seller responded to my query almost immediately and was very friendly. Highly recommend buying from this seller, item was packaged well and securely too.

  I didn't receive the silver shampoo but received a second order of the Pearlescent shampoo instead. However, I thought it was me who got the Order wrong until I saw this request for feedback and realised it wasn't me after all. But, to be fair to the seller , I haven't contacted them re this problem as I have been away on holiday until now. The seller is very fair and helpful so will definitely use them again if needs arise. Highly recommend.

  Hi I received it and was a little apprehensive as I have always bought molton brown and already have some left. The packaging and smell was different. But the seller communicated fast and assured me it was genuine so maybe it's old packaging and old bottle. It has a faint smell of heavenly ginger lily but no staying power. I was in fairness offered a return with full refund. But seeing as I had opened it to test and the seller was polite and willing to help. I decided to let this go.

  Items are of great quality and fully as described. Dispatched and delivered very quickly in a purpose made secure shrink wrapped box. The item came in three different sizes all individually mounted in the packaging. Well impressed would happily use the seller again so I am happy to recommend them. Perfect transaction.
