Upon opening the package my son opened and closed the snitch a few times after which the lever that opened it fell out and wouldn't stay back in. I messaged the seller and they asked for pictures which I provided. They then talked to the manufacturer who said it couldn't be fixed. The seller wanted proof that it arrived broken. I would've thought messaging shortly after receiving would suffice, but no. Only buy if you plan on opening it a few times.
