  Product arrived on schedule and was well packaged. Rod was as described but the wrong handle was included by accident. Vendor was easy to work with and we got the problem fixed. Very satisfied with vendor and his efforts to make things right which can be difficult to do in this age of day. Have no issues with vendor and would not hesitate to do business with again.
