  I'm actually rating the seller with 5 stars. Please note that Misty Mate is not in business anymore. Misty Mate hasnt sold any of their misters in years. but some of us do like the original product. Plus maybe sellers on ebay shouldnt post items for sale that they themselves have not received yet.

  Poor packaging of electronics. Device was jammed in a box with a bunch of brown paper. Almost through the device out. I was shocked that it was not packaged in antistatic packaging or plastic bag. I do not recommend this seller for electronics as they do not know how to properly package and ship them.

  Excellent seller! Had a small issue with battery and he provided me funds to replace right away. New battery received in a few days, plugged in, works great! A+ seller, and would buy from again!

  Machine was not in working condition when it arrived, so not sure why that was not disclosed. Had the dreaded 'button not responding' issue these machines have. BUT thankful for Nespresso and their company's AWESOME customer service, they give 6 month warranties to any machine bought second hand (with proof of purchase). They sent me a New Re-Loved unit in the color of my choosing. So now I have a GORGEOUS teal and rose gold machine, so thanks for the busted machine!
