The box was open only to verify what the figure was, but the bag containing the CryBaby was sealed, so I had the pleasure of opening it and still having that experience. It was in great condition—brand new—and sold at a great price. If you're U.S.-based, prepare yourself for a possibly lengthy ship time, but otherwise, there were no issues.
