  Item arrived quickly and was well-packaged with plenty of protection—no damage during shipping at all. The Callaway Big Bertha Diablo was exactly as described, matching the photos and condition listed. Club feels great in hand and looks nearly brand new. For the price, this was an excellent value and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Seller was easy to work with, but the books arrived smelling heavily of cigarette smoke while not listed in the original listing. I asked for a refund if I returned the item, but was offered 1/2 off. I accepted the offer & kept the books inside a box with baking powder since July 8, but they still smell horribly of cigarette smoke today. I will have to get rid of them as my child is very sensitive to the smell. I appreciate the partial refund, but overall will not buy from seller in the future
