  Seller was good at communicating, which is fortunate, as the item arrived in a broken and useless state, due entirely to the inadequate packaging. A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. Lesson learned I hope.

  Item arrived on time and was as described.The only problem was, the packaging could have been more robust. It was a ceramic rabbit and was packed in a bubble wrap envelope and plastic bag.It really could have been put in a box. Luckily, mine arrived in one piece but everyone knows what delivery companies are like.

  Great quality, good condition, amazing value for money. When delivered the bag was torn and two of the items were missing. The seller was so understanding and amazing. Offered me a replacement or refund without hesitation, I took a refund which was processed quickly. A+++++++

  Beautiful item. It comes new and in a little plastics bag. Unfortunately it arrived damaged but brilliant communication and provided a refund as worried the replacement will get damaged on the way too. Great value even I’m gutted that it’s broken when it arrived as it is a beautiful design. The quality of the item is great though. Definitely recommend and will buy again.

  Unfortunately, the item got broken in transit. I contacted the seller and they quickly agreed to provide a full refund. This was the best outcome for me because, given the low cost of the item, it would not have been worth my while to send it back and claim a replacement. I am going to rate everything five stars because, everything went very well except the breakage but I think it may have been possible to package the item more carefully to avoid this.

  Overall I am pleased with the appearance of this item, it is a very compact and sleek storage box. The item is worth its value, although it did arrive slightly damaged, I was not worried as i had effective contact with the seller who resolved my issue. I definitely recommend this seller :)
