  Item arrived. It fitted (as it was for an XC60 and thats what I have) but it was yellowed/cream and not white as shown on the pice. Plastic was also stiff and made button pressing difficult. Not happy so returned it the same day for a refund. Fine so far, then contacted the seller. After 1st couple of messages ignored me. Claimed they don't provide refunds (had buyer protection) Did not refund the ful sum had to open a case with Ebay. Check out the previous negative feedback reports. Such a bell

  This item has been sold many times without issues. we believe you ordered the wrong key or just didn't like it. If you abuse returns then we have the right to deduct shipping cost. This is the very reason why we stopped offering free returns. The rest of your comments are false.

  Was very clear with requirements after they sent my order to the wrong customer I agreed to have different item sent as long as it was NEXT DAY postage Seller agreed and then didnt honour the agreement then claims to go out of their way to recover by resending later than agreed Sadly not to be trusted REPLY nearly 30 messages.????....you cant count either 18 including this one write what you need to, to convince others your the victim THATS SO SAD..... and i m sick in the head ?......

  You are KEYBOARD WARRIOR and an awful customer! 1) we made a genuine mistake and sent the goods to wrong place 2) We communicated throughout to fix this. 3) All you kept doing is sending daily repetitive messages - nearly 30! 2) we sent replacement after bank holiday as promised. 4) your messages are obsessive and unhealthy - my god! all this for a car key case. 5) you are sick in the head! You need to get out of your bedroom at your mum's house and turn that computer off!!
