  Excellent in every respect! This was the most conscientious and professional seller ever! POLMIND worked with me for weeks, communicating back and forth with pics of my appliance until sure I had the right part. New part quickly arrived and is much better quality than the original piece!   I want provide my sincerest thanks to this seller. My Honeywell AC unit has been sitting USELESS due to my not having the correct connector for the back of the unit. I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and he wrote back providing a thorough explanation of the exact one I needed. He provided the item number for me to paste into the search engine and I ordered the part! Immediately upon arrival, I took it to the unit and it was a perfect fit!   So I have a portable air conditioner made by Honeywell and I needed a replacement hose adapter and window kit. I reached out to them and they responded quickly. I sent them a picture of the back of my unit and they recommended the parts that will fit. I received them quickly and the parts fit perfect. The communication was top notch.
